The Geometry range is one mechanism in six silhouettes. The triangle is the least conventional of them, and it is chosen by people who did not want a diffuser that looks like a diffuser.

Underneath, it is a nebuliser. Air is pushed across neat essential oil and atomised into a fine dry mist, with no water, no heat and no plastic touching the oil. The top notes reach the room intact, which is exactly what a heated or water based diffuser destroys.
