Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations: InnoSphere Gadgets currently ships ONLY within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed from outside Australia will not be processed.

Where your order ships from: InnoSphere Gadgets is an Australian-owned and operated business, and we are proud of it. Most of our range is held in an Australian warehouse and dispatched locally within 1 to 2 business days.

A small number of products are sourced from our overseas supply partners. These are clearly marked on the product page with an "Overseas Dispatch" badge and take longer to arrive. We'd rather tell you upfront than have you wonder where your parcel is.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes: We offer standard shipping to all Australian addresses:

  • Locally stocked items: 2 to 5 business days
  • Bulky freight items such as portable power stations: 5 to 10 business days
  • Overseas dispatch items: 8–14 business days

For remote areas and regional locations, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for delivery.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST may not be processed until the following business day.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location within Australia and the weight/dimensions of your order.

  • Orders over $69 qualify for free standard shipping to all Australian addresses.
  • Orders under $69 are charged a flat $6.95

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through Australia Post or our courier partner's website. Overseas dispatch items are tracked for the full journey.

Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us at info@innospheregadgets.com.au within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Australia-Only Policy: Please note that InnoSphere Gadgets is an Australian-based business that exclusively serves the Australian market. At this time, we are unable to fulfil orders to addresses outside of Australia.
